The proceedings of the IQIS18 Conference on Quantum Information and related Technologies (Catania, Italy, September 2018) will be published as a special issue of Proceedings, edited by G. Falci, G. M. Palma, E. Paladino, A. La Magna, F. M. D. Pellegrino, G. G. N. Angilella. The present website collects submitted papers, deals with their peer-reviewing, and will host accepted preprints, prior to publication.
